I truly enjoyed the freshness of these coffee beans. They were roasted before shipping and shipped very fast. I had to get this because of the Bourbon whiskey and you could taste these notes while being a smooth blend. Will be back to get more from Tania. She offers very unique varieties of roasted coffee. I like that she include a nice treat sample of her scones.
